# Instructions:

01 - Sauté the onions until softened. Add the ground beef and break it up while it browns. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Once browned, drain any excess grease.
02 - Add the tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and mustard. Stir until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the spices.
03 - Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for at least 30 minutes, or even an hour.
04 - Grill the hot dogs to your liking.
05 - Place the grilled hot dogs in the buns and top with the chili and chopped onions.

01 - Brown the ground beef well for the best flavor. Store leftover chili and hot dogs separately. If you're out of beef broth, chicken broth works too! Serve with a side of french fries and a crisp salad.
