# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 cup rolled oats
02 - 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
03 - 1/4 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew)

→ Sweeteners

04 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

→ Flavor Boosters

05 - 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
06 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon

→ Optional Extras

07 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
08 - 1 tablespoon flax seeds
09 - Chopped nuts, dried fruit, chocolate chips (to taste)

# Instructions:

01 - Measure out all your ingredients and have them ready to go. Put on some music and get ready to dance!
02 - In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon, chia seeds, and flax seeds (if using).
03 - In a separate bowl or measuring cup, whisk together the nut butter, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
04 - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined and sticky.
05 - Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls. If the mixture is too sticky, you can wet your hands slightly.
06 - Place the protein balls on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.

# Notes:

01 - If the mixture is too dry, add a little more honey or nut butter. If it’s too wet, add more oats. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. These freeze well too! For a chocolate lover’s dream, add mini chocolate chips to the mixture. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate after chilling for an extra treat.
